Gweg Goes To Lazy Town

It's an exciting day for Gweg! He has gone to visit his friend Stephanie, who is staying with her uncle. Her uncle is the mayor of the town they live in, Lazy Town.

Gweg arrived at the mayor's house and was greeted by Stephanie.

Stephanie: Hi Gweg! I'm so glad you could make it!

Gweg: I'm happy to see you Stephanie! It's been a while.

Stephanie: I know Gweg. Hey, let me introduce you to all of my friends here in Lazy Town!

Gweg: Neat, that sounds like fun!

Stephanie took Gweg around to meet her friends. There was Ziggy, who lied to eat candy. Pixel, who liked to play computer games. Stingy, who was Jewish. And Trixie, who was a really nice girl, once you get to know her.

Gweg: What do you guys do for fun around here?

Stephanie: We play and exercise!

Gweg: That doesn't sound like fun. I want to play on Pixel's computer games!

Stephanie: But it's a nice day out here! We should run around and play!

Gweg: We should vote. Who wants to play video games?

Pixel, Ziggy, and Stingy raised their hands.

Gweg: Computer games it is!

Gweg and his three new friends ran off to play Pixel's computer games.

No one knew somebody was watching them.

Robbie Rotten was down in his underground lair, watching the kids through his periscope.

Ever since Stephanie showed up to Lazy Town, things have changed, much to Robbie's dismay. Stephanie, with the help of her hero, Sporticus, got the kids to be more active with their lives.

Robbie wants everything to go back top the way things were.

Robbie: Good. This new kid wants to play inside. Finally, things may go back to the way they were around here.

Robbie looked in at Stephanie.

Stephanie looked down in the dumps.

Trixie: Looks like you better get some help.

Stephanie: You're right Trixie. It's time to get Sporticus down here!

Robbie looked away from his periscope in disgust.

Robbie: Oh no! That dreaded Sporticus always spoils everything!

Robbie went over to where he keeps his costumes. Robbie was a master of disguise.

Robbie: Hmm. What shall I be this time? Teacher? Preacher? Demon? Sea Man? Acrobat? Aristocrat? Hmmm? Bah! None of those things ever seem to work. I need to bring in something extra to take care of Sporticus. Time to call my brother.

Meanwhile.

Sporticus was up in his airship. Sporticus was constantly moving, from the time he woke up till the time he slept. He always ate three meals a day, getting all the nutrients he needed by eating healthy.

Sporticus had just finished eating his grapefruit when he received an urgent message from Stephanie.

Sporticus: Stephanie's new friend just wants to play computer games! I'd better get down there.

Gweg and his 3 new friends were having fun playing computer games.

Gweg: I'm glad I came to visit. This is the most fun I ever had!

Stephanie came into the room.

Stephanie: Come on guys. We need to go out and play.

Ziggy: But this is just as fun.

Gweg: Yeah. I just want to hang out here and be lazy on this summer day.

Stephanie: Gweg, nobody is lazy in Lazy Town

At that moment, Sporticus had landed outside.

Sporticus: Come on out guys, and I show you how to be fun and be healty.

All of the sudden, Sporticus and Stephanie broke out into song.

Sporticus: When you're feeling lazy, and don't want to do a thing.
Stephanie: Just listen to a tune and get up to dance and sing.

Stephanie: Run around and do a bunch of crazy stuff. It's so fun, you won't get enough. Shoot some hoops or run around, get your feet on the ground! It's fun to play outside!

Sporticus: Get your friends to play some tag or have a race. Get a bat and hit a ball to make it to first base. Get some energy, don't be weak, let's go play some hide and seek. It's fun to play outside!

Stephanie and Sporticus: Oh!!! It's fun to play outside! Grab your friends and enjoy the ride! Monkey bars and merry-go rounds, enjoy yourself and make some sounds! It's fun to play outside!

Gweg: Wow Stephanie! That impromptu song has convinced me! I want to play outside!

Man: Perhaps I can suggest an activity?

They all looked at the man. He was a tall man in a jogging uniform.

Stephanie: You are not going to fool us this time, Robbie Rotten!

Man: I'm not Robbie Rotten, I'm his brother, Richard Rotten.

Stephanie: How are you any different from him?

Richard Rotten: I like to have fun outside. I like to exercise and stretch my muscles. In fact, I have my super-duper baseball shooter right here.

Richard pointed out his pitching machine. It looked like a beefed up pitching machine.

Richard: Who wants to go first.

Gweg: I will!

Gweg grabbed a baseball bat and stood in the hitting position.

Richard: Ready? They come out real fast!

Gweg: I'm ready!

Gweg got his bat ready. Richard turned on the machine.

The ball came shooting out. Faster than normal. Gweg missed the ball, as it went through his chest and struck his heart.

Richard Rotten: Ha! Now there is one less person in Lazy Town who will be doing any activities!

Richard Rotten took off.

Gweg now became the laziest person in Lazy Town, because Gweg was dead.

Stephanie: Well, drat. Oh well, I guess we'll have to play something else.

Sporticus: You want to go up to my rocketship and have some...Exercise?

Stephanie: You bet.
